This second edition of the “Revenue Analysis Report” tracked the COVID-19 impact on the domestic revenue mobilisation. The revised target for FY2020 from Le6.47 trillion to Le5.39 trillion slumped the domestic revenue generation by Le1.1 trillion. This also impedes the broader target of meeting the 20% of domestic revenue to GDP by 2023.
