The Budget Advocacy Network, a consortium of civil society organisations in Sierra Leone, is hiring the services of a suitably qualified motion art 4/3D graphics designer, crafter and Video Technical Recording (VTR) multimedia editor to develop simplified cartoon videos of two research outcomes, namely, the Revenue and Expenditure Credibility Analysis and the Audit Scorecard Reports. The consultant/firm shall present the reports in cartoon or animated videos mp4 format in line with BAN’s requirements. The videos would educate the public on BAN’s work in the audit reports and revenue credibility work.
